1. Who uses cookies on this website?

The editor and website manager is:

Corporate Name: SEQUOIA GESTIÓN AMBIENTAL, S.L.
Tax ID Number: B40600009
Address: 21 Pintor Pasqual Capuz Street, Lower Right, Patraix, 46018 Valencia, Valencia

Onode is the trademark under which our ANONIMIZA, ADA, and LÚCIDA solutions are presented. This website is for informational and commercial purposes only: to introduce the tools, publish success stories, and allow for demonstration requests.

In addition to the editor, third parties identified in section 5 may install cookies or equivalent technologies on this website.

2.What are cookies and similar technologies?

A cookie is a small file that is downloaded to your browser when you visit a website and that allows information about your device or your browsing to be stored and retrieved. In this policy we use the term “cookies” in a broad sense, including technologies with equivalent effects:

Browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage): allows you to save information on your device, usually without an automatic expiration.
Scripts: snippets of code that make the web function correctly and interactively.
Web beacons or pixels: invisible images or code snippets that allow you to measure visits or interactions.

Cookies can be classified as:

According to who manages them: first-party (from the publisher) or third-party.
According to their duration: session (they are deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent (they remain for the period indicated in the tables of section 5).
According to their purpose: technical or necessary, preferences or personalization, analysis or measurement, and behavioral advertising.

3. Which cookies require your consent?

In accordance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE):

Strictly necessary cookies are not required to obtain consent. These cookies are essential to provide a service expressly requested by the user or to enable communication (technical cookies, session cookies, security cookies, load balancing cookies, cookies for managing consent itself, or language selection cookies when it is the result of a user's choice).

All other cookies, including those for analytics, unsolicited personalization, and advertising, require your prior, free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. The legal basis for these processing operations is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

You can refuse to give consent or withdraw it at any time, without this affecting your browsing of the website's informational sections.

4. Do we install advertising cookies or create profiles?

No. On this website:

We do not use behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not create profiles for advertising purposes or make automated decisions with legal effects for the user.

We do not sell or share your browsing data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Cookies we use

wpEmojiSettingsSupports Own (WordPress) Session Check browser compatibility to correctly display content
wp-wpml_current_language Current (WPML) 1 day Remember the user's selected language to display the website in that language.

5.3 Analytics or measurement cookies

We do not currently use analytics or audience measurement cookies.

5.4 Demo Request Assistant (bot) cookies

The solo conversational assistant only loads when you press the button to request a demo; it's not active while you're browsing the rest of the website. Once opened, it asks for your name, industry, and location, and lets you write a free-form message.

Since the chat is activated only at the user's express request and its cookies serve exclusively to make the conversation work, they are considered technical or necessary cookies exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. They are not used for profiling, advertising, or tracking your browsing.

Name Title Duration Purpose
Thelab Comunicación, S.L.U. (assistant provider, on behalf of the publisher) Identify the chat session, keep the conversation thread, and prevent the message from getting lost while you're composing it.

The assistant has been developed and is maintained by Thelab Comunication, SLU, which acts as the data processor on behalf of the publisher, under a contract as provided for in Article 28 of the GDPR, and does not use the data for its own purposes. The information is hosted on servers located in the European Economic Area, so no international data transfers occur.

The processing of the data you provide in the conversation (name, industry, location, and message) is not governed by this policy, but by our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of fulfilling your demo request and contacting you.

5.5 Contact form

The website has a contact form that only requests your name and email address. The form does not install advertising or analytics cookies; it may use technical session and security cookies (anti-spam verification and protection against automated submissions) necessary to process your submission, which are exempt from consent. Information about the use of this data, the legal basis, and retention periods is available in our Privacy Policy.

5.6 Social media links

The website includes a link to our LinkedIn profile. It is a simple link: it does not include social buttons, pixels, or embedded content, so LinkedIn does not install cookies while you browse onode.es. If you click the link, you will be taken to the LinkedIn platform, which will apply its own cookie and privacy policy, over which we have no control.

6. International data transfers

First-party cookies do not involve international data transfers.

7. How to accept, configure, refuse, and withdraw consent

The first time you access onode.es, we show you a notice with basic information about cookies and three equally prominent options: “Accept,” “Reject,” and “Configure.” No consent-required category is preselected, and non-exempt cookies are not installed until you make your choice.

Accept: you authorize all categories described in this policy.
Reject: Only technical cookies exempt under section 5.1 will be installed. The website will continue to function normally.
Settings: you can accept or reject by purpose, on a granular basis, and save your selection. Saving without checking any category is equivalent to rejecting them all.
You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time and with the same ease with which you gave it, from the settings panel permanently accessible via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer or here: [link to the cookie management panel].
Consent validity: We store your choice for a maximum of 24 months, after which we will request it again, in accordance with the recommendation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We will also ask you for a new decision if the purposes of the cookies or the third parties that use them change; in that case, we will update this policy beforehand.

8. How to delete or block cookies from your browser

You can configure your browser to block cookies, delete them, or receive a warning before they are installed. You will find instructions in your browser's help or privacy settings section (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera, among others), or in the private browsing or incognito mode option.

Please note that:

If you delete cookies from your browser, you will also erase your preference settings, which is why we will show you the cookie notice again on your next visit.
If you block all cookies, some features—such as the language selector or the demo request assistant—may not work correctly.

If you accepted third-party cookies and later want to delete them, in addition to revoking your consent in our panel, you can delete them from your browser or using the tools provided by the third party.

9. Your rights

When cookies process personal data, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as withdraw your consent at any time and not be subject to automated individual decisions.

To exercise them, write to dpd@sequoiapro.es, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a document proving your identity. We will respond within a maximum of one month.

You will find complete information about the treatments, retention periods, and recipients in our Privacy Policy.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies used, their purposes, or applicable regulations change. We recommend that you review it periodically. The date of the last update appears at the beginning of the document, and we keep a record of the versions accepted by each user.
